Weaving together soothing scent rituals, calming breathwork, grounding yin yoga and deeply restorative guided relaxation, this is a space where you can release tension, reconnect with yourself and return to your true essence.

Bespoke Sensory Experiences

Our bespoke olfactory workshops offer brands, businesses and private groups an immersive, multi-sensory experience designed to enhance wellbeing through the power of scent.
There are four experiences from which to choose, each with a different theme and intention: Ground | Bloom | Ritual | Focus
Your group will be guided through a session sampling raw materials and fragrances related to the theme, exploring some of the ways we can use scent to create wellbeing rituals in our daily lives.
Yoga is not just a physical practice, but a mindset. Through connecting with the breath and drawing our awareness inwards both in movement and stillness, we can develop a more intuitive understanding of our bodies and minds in order to encourage optimal physical and mental well-being.
