“Sophie introduced me to yin yoga over a year ago, and it is now part of my life. It is a slow and meditative form of yoga as you relax into a pose under Sophie’s guidance. She provides props or supports as necessary to help each of us to gain maximum benefit from that pose. The classes are small and intimate, allowing scope for us to raise any concerns or special needs. My class takes place in a tranquil wooden building within the City Farm.I always feel peaceful and energised at the end of each class, and I miss them greatly when I can’t attend. Thanks Sophie!”
