PAUSE

Pause is a new 8 week private coaching programme designed to help women experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety and burnout create a life of more balance by starting to prioritise their own physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

THE PAUSE PROGRAMME empowers you to step back from the stress and noise of daily life and create space for more reflection, more connection, more equilibrium and a greater sense of fulfilment and wellbeing.  In these coaching sessions, Sophie draws on a combination of soothing and observational practices, breathing techniques and practical tools founded in neuroscience, enabling you to create a life with less stress and anxiety, and more self-compassion and joy.

Women are increasingly feeling overwhelmed by the relentless pressures and demands of life, neglecting to show themselves the level of care and compassion that they readily display towards others.  Without taking care of our own physical and mental health this can often lead to high levels of chronic stress that manifests not only in poor mental health but if left unchecked, more susceptibility to illness and chronic physical conditions.  All too often we are overlooked and unsupported in a society that undervalues the immense juggling act that we experience in trying to hold everything together: family and caring responsibilities, relationships, work obligations, and whatever else life throws our way.  Not only can this lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, overwhelm and isolation but also a loss of identity, perhaps struggling to remember who we are and what we really want out of life: our true life purpose. 

The Pause Programme will allow you to step back from the unsustainable demands of daily life; to create space for pause and reflection, developing tools to regulate your nervous system and achieve a greater sense of calm, clarity, ease and resilience.

  • Balance: exploring the principles of yin & yang and the importance of creating balance in your life

  • Pause: the art of slowing down and stepping back from daily demands

  • Reflect: reflection pages and meditation to gain more clarity and insight

  • Connect: breath work (creating physiological coherence)

  • Expand: becoming aware of your inherent spaciousness and limitless potential

  • Observe: exploring sensation in the body and feelings/emotions as they arise

  • Release: stress and tension in body and mind

  • Surrender: the transformative effects of letting go and surrendering to the present moment
