Yin Yoga for Beginners 6 Week Course
Fridays 10.30-11.45am @ The Studio, Windmill Hill City Farm, BS3
Next course dates: 6th, 13th, 20th June / 4th, 11th, 18th July
This course is suitable for those completely new to Yin yoga and also those with some experience that would like to go deeper into the practice, beyond weekly drop-in classes. Sessions will be small (8 maximum) to create a more intimate learning environment.
