Are you looking for a more personalised approach for your yoga practice? Sophie strongly believes in creating inclusive group classes that include as much individual attention as possible and is intrinsically led by the students in front of her. Private sessions take this individualised approach even further, where each session is specifically tailored to her clients’ needs: physically, mentally and emotionally. Sophie draws on a combination of mindful movement to release tension, observational and restful practices to create connection and awareness, breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system and practical tools rooted in neuroscience to help her clients create a life of more balance, ease and fulfilment.
